The FORWARD FW-1082 8-Inch Built-In Vacuum LCD Screen Separator Machine is a commercial-grade heating and screen refurbishment platform engineered for smartphone technicians, glass refurbishing labs, and display repair workshops. Designed to service both flat smartphone screens and compact tablets up to 8 inches, this machine streamlines the delamination of damaged outer cover glass, touch digitizers, and OCA adhesive layers from sensitive OLED and LCD assemblies without inducing heat spots, polarizer burns, or display discoloration.

Equipped with a powerful, low-noise internal vacuum pump and an aviation-grade aluminum alloy heating plate, the FW-1082 provides rapid, edge-to-edge thermal uniformity and high-traction suction. Its intuitive digital interface features three dedicated temperature memory channels (CH1, CH2, CH3) alongside a simplified two-button control layout, allowing technicians to switch seamlessly between calibrated heat profiles for delicate OLED screens, standard LCDs, and stubborn frame-glue softening operations.

Key Engineering Features & Bench Advantages:

  • Built-In Ultra-Quiet Strong Vacuum Pump: Eliminates the clutter and noise of external vacuum lines and air compressors. Delivers high negative pressure suction across dense micro-ports to anchor cracked glass assemblies firmly during wire pulling.
  • 3 Programmable Temperature Memory Channels: Store three distinct temperature presets (e.g., 75°C for fragile OLEDs, 85°C for standard LCD glass separation, and 95°C for frame/bezel adhesive softening) with single-touch retrieval for high-throughput refurbishing benches.
  • Precision Aviation Aluminum Heating Bed: Thick, mirror-machined 8-inch aluminum heating plate delivers uniform surface thermal conductivity with zero cold spots, preventing localized overheating and thermal stress on display layers.
  • Streamlined Two-Button Operational Control: Simplified control interface reduces setup time, allowing rapid activation of heating cycles, vacuum suction, and channel switching.
  • Microcomputer PID Temperature Regulation: High-precision thermostat sensing maintains stable target temperatures within $\pm 1^\circ\text{C}$, preventing temperature overshoots that can damage polarizers or cause yellowing on backlight panels.
  • Integrated Cutting Wire Roller Guides: Smooth-rolling side guide posts minimize cutting wire friction, preventing molybdenum separation wire from snapping or sawing into front-panel polarizer films.

Bench Operation & Glass Delamination Guide:

  1. Silicone Mat Alignment: Place the perforated heat-resistant silicone mat onto the 8-inch aluminum bed, ensuring the mat holes line up accurately with the vacuum suction ports.
  2. Channel Selection & Preheating: Power on the machine and select your calibrated memory preset (e.g., CH1 at 80°C for Samsung/iPhone OLED displays). Allow the plate to reach thermal equilibrium (indicated on the digital temperature display).
  3. Placing the Display Assembly: Position the cracked display face-down onto the silicone mat. Press the vacuum button to engage suction; confirm the assembly is locked securely and cannot be shifted by hand.
  4. Thermal Penetration: Let the display assembly heat for 60 to 90 seconds so the structural OCA adhesive softens uniformly across the surface.
  5. Wire Separation: Thread fine molybdenum or tungsten cutting wire (0.028mm – 0.04mm) beneath the glass edge, rest the wire against the side roller guides, and pull horizontally with steady, even tension to separate the shattered glass cleanly from the underlying display panel.
