The Original QUICK 907D ESD Soldering Iron Handle is an authentic replacement handpiece designed specifically for the Quick 236 (90W) ESD-safe digital soldering station. Engineered for chip-level mobile repair technicians, motherboard micro-soldering labs, and industrial rework benches, this genuine handle restores factory thermal response, rapid heating, and accurate sensor feedback to your Quick soldering station.

Built with a high-durability internal ceramic heating core and an integrated thermocouple sensor, the 907D handle delivers stable temperature control up to 480°C–500°C for lead-free solder alloys without voltage drops. Its lightweight, ergonomic anti-static body and burn-resistant silicone lead ensure operator comfort, zero hand fatigue, and electrostatic protection for sensitive mobile logic boards during extended rework sessions.

Key Engineering Features & Bench Advantages:

  • Genuine Quick OEM Replacement: Precision-manufactured to match original factory pinouts and resistance calibrations, ensuring plug-and-play compatibility with your Quick 236 station without temperature offset errors.
  • High-Power 90W Ceramic Heating Element: Incorporates a fast-recovery ceramic heating core designed to deliver rapid thermal ramp-up and maintain continuous heat during heavy ground plane soldering.
  • ESD-Safe Anti-Static Construction: Fully ESD-grounded handle housing prevents electrostatic discharge spikes from damaging sensitive smartphone ICs, CPUs, and power management units.
  • High-Flex Heat-Resistant Silicone Cord: Outfitted with a flexible, burn-resistant silicone cable that resists accidental contact with hot soldering tips without melting or stiffening.
  • Wide 900M Series Tip Compatibility: Accommodates standard 900M-T series soldering iron tips (conical, knife, chisel, bent needle), allowing technicians to switch easily between fine jumper bridging and broad pad tinning.
  • Ergonomic Thermal-Insulated Grip: Low-weight, contoured handle barrel with a ribbed heat-insulating sleeve stays cool to the touch throughout long micro-soldering workdays.

Bench Installation & Tip Replacement Guide:

  1. Station Power-Down: Turn off the Quick 236 station power switch and disconnect the AC power cord before servicing the handle.
  2. Handle Disconnection: Unscrew the threaded collar ring of the existing handle plug counter-clockwise and pull the connector straight out from the station socket.
  3. Connecting the 907D: Align the internal locator key of the new Quick 907D connector with the station receptacle, press firmly until fully seated, and tighten the outer threaded ring.
  4. Installing the Solder Tip: Unscrew the knurled metal barrel retaining nut, slide on your preferred 900M tip over the ceramic element, fit the stainless steel sleeve, and finger-tighten the retaining nut.
  5. Temperature Calibration Verification: Power on the station. Heat the iron to 350°C, apply fresh flux-cored solder to tin the new tip, and verify tip temperature using a digital soldering iron thermometer (such as a FG-100 tester) if calibrating offset.
