The JCID P15 NAND Programmer with BGA110 / BGA315 Modules is a complete, dual-socket chip-level iOS repair system designed for professional micro-soldering labs and motherboard repair specialists. By bundling both the BGA110 and BGA315 high-precision clamping sockets with the P15 host, this kit covers storage read, write, deep format, partition repair, and capacity expansion from iPhone 8 up to iPhone 15 Pro Max, as well as compatible iPad models.
Equipped with an integrated HD OLED real-time status screen, the P15 host provides immediate visual feedback on device connection status, operational voltage, current consumption, and read/write states. Technicians can execute standalone diagnostics or interface directly with the JCID Repair Assistant PC software to perform deep low-level block formatting, unbind Wi-Fi modules without flashing, and handle SysCFG modification.

- Primary Capabilities: Next-generation PCIe NVMe NAND architecture read/write, factory SysCFG modification, storage upgrades up to 1TB, and deep formatting of damaged sectors on modern high-density flash chips.
Key Capabilities & Engineering Features
- High-Speed Read & Write Bus: Enhanced data transfer protocols reduce NAND read, backup, and write cycles to mere seconds, significantly cutting bench turnaround times.
- Storage Capacity Expansion: Easily upgrade customer devices to higher storage tiers (e.g., 128GB $\to$ 256GB/512GB/1TB) by transferring original calibration, serial number, and factory hardware identifiers onto clean replacement NAND chips.
- One-Click Wi-Fi Unbind: Clear factory peripheral binding flags directly from the NAND partition data without requiring motherboard firmware re-flashing or baseband modifications.
- NAND Deep Format & Error Fixes: Execute low-level factory block formatting on corrupted or bad-block NAND ICs to recover memory chips throwing iTunes restore loops or boot faults.
- Live HD OLED Screen: Displays operational mode, active bus voltage, operating current in milliamps, and prompt indicators directly on the programmer faceplate.
- Non-Removal Purple Screen Diagnostics: Supports direct USB-connected purple screen mode for reading and revising SysCFG parameters on supported platforms without physically desoldering the chip.
- Modular Magnetic Snap-In Dock: Swiftly interchange between BGA110 and BGA315 sockets via the dual-connector guide rail system without loose ribbon cables or fragile clips.

Step-by-Step Programming & Capacity Upgrade Guide
- Setup & PC Interface: Connect the JCID P15 to your workshop PC via the supplied USB Type-C cable and launch JCID Repair Assistant.
- Mount the Target Socket: Align either the BGA110 (iPhone 8–13PM) or BGA315 (iPhone 14–15PM) module onto the P15 guide pins until seated firmly.
- Read Original SysCFG: Place the desoldered original NAND chip into the socket, clamp the top cover shut, and click Read / Backup SysCFG to save factory serials, Wi-Fi/BT MAC addresses, and model region data.
- Prepare Replacement NAND: Remove the original chip and insert the replacement higher-capacity NAND into the socket.
- Format & Write: Click Format to clear prior block maps, select the target device model, and click Write SysCFG to flash the backed-up profile onto the new flash memory.
- Solder & Clean Restore: Solder the programmed NAND chip back onto the logic board and restore the device via standard iTunes or 3uTools flashing.
